anything to report for 2022 trail building? will work continue on the wyman pod? will the trailhead be constructed this year? thx

In an IG post, Adam Craig mentioned some work on the Dual Slalom course and on the Snubber trail.

On Saturday, July 9, we are sponsoring a Volunteer Trail Work Day; we hope you can join us! We will be doing general trail maintenance and prepping the trails for the 11th Carrabassett Backcountry Cycle Challenge the following weekend. Meet at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center at 9:00 AM to sign up and get assignments. Extra weed whackers and leaf rakes will be needed. If you're able to bring a weed whacker, please also bring string and a mix fuel tank; we'll provide the fuel. In addition to the details below, this page may be updated with additional event info as the date gets closer.

DATE: Saturday, July 9
MEETUP: Sugarloaf Outdoor Center
TIME: 9:00 a.m. to sign up and get assignments.
DURATION: Approximately 5 hours.
ACTIVITIES: General trail maintenance and prepping the trails for the 11th Carrabassett Backcountry Cycle Challenge the following weekend.
ITEMS TO BRING: Water, sturdy gloves and footwear, safety glasses/protective eyewear, insect repellent, rain gear (just in case), lunch or snacks, your kids because this is a kid-friendly event (using only light tools), tools you may have available (such as a weed whacker, leaf rakes, loppers, hand saws, hand shears), and a cell phone so we can communicate issues that pop up.

its across 27 from stratton pond road... maybe 20 or 30 yards back towards AT. there is no trailhead (parking yet) you have to park somewhere on SPB rd or pond loop.
