CBCC MTB Bike Race July 16th

Below is a copy of what I posted in the General Forum. I will update both threads for maximum exposure. We are seeing a significant increase in registration this year, very promising. We also need volunteers, click on the FB page for more info.

Registration increases after June 15, commit before the price increases!!



This will be the official-unoffishall SLToday thread for promoting the Carrabassett Backcountry Cycle Challenge (CBCC).

I will update this periodically as I am trying to help increase the exposure of this event and get the numbers up.......because it is a kick-ass event on killer trails that should be bigger.

This race is very well run, the course(s) are awesome - second to none. Maybe you are one of these people says that "I am not a racer". That is cool. Consider it a supported ride on an awesome course that likely will take you places you have never been before. You won't regret it.

You should sign-up and toe the line, as all profits are donated to the Town for trail development. As you know the Town matches dollar for dollar all monies raised.
More people=more fund raising=more trails in CV

It was awesome - huge success. Over 300 riders representing 14 states and provinces from 3 different countries!!

Great job by the organizers and volunteers. We stop by the Rack about 7:00 and the place was hopping.
