Stratton brook hut trails still rideable?

With the latest snow I was wondering about the mountain bike trails. I still haven't ridden the new trail that connects to the esker trail. What's the scoop?

CVNEMBA posted on facebook that all trails are closed, because of frost and snow, but could reopen if it warms up
