Needed a change of scenery....

Cassablanca 1 into 2

Cassablanca 3 into 4

Nightmare, Thrombosis, Intimidator all good - very skiable. Dark Wizard looked good from the entrance but was the thinest of all. Cassablanca 3/4 was excellent and 1/2 were very good.

Wardens was real tough but Black Beauty and Frostbite good to very good on thin cover. Missed Muleskinner, ducked into 4 instead on our final traverse out - couldn't resist. I'm guessing the mule may be less skied due to all that temptation on the left side. Golden Smelt, very good. Upper Professor, excellent. Lower Professor still had plenty of cord at 10:30am. Groomers up off K-quad great. The Ghost and Coachman were skied off when we hit them - but that was later in the day.

The crowds were very light. Ski on K-quad, no more than 5 min's at Rangely all day.
